You can get to know the former Prussian land by following marked trails. Moreover, you can find out more about it virtually. An interactive map which presents the most up-to-date and probable visualizations of the Teutonic, bishops` and chapters` castles in the territory of the\u00a0 former Prussia from the beginning of the 15th century, seen from a bird’s eye view, with the possibility of zooming in or out a given model is posted on the website of the Association. In this way, the map enables you to visit virtually more than 20 castles from this century, which are currently located in the Polish-Russian borderland. They include: \u00a0Cz\u0142uch\u00f3w, Byt\u00f3w, L\u0119bork, Gniew, Kwidzyn, Nowe, Malbork, Sztum, Dzia\u0142dowo,\u00a0 Nidzica, Ostr\u00f3da, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmi\u0144ski, Gi\u017cycko, K\u0119trzyn, Ryn, Ba\u0142ga, Pokarmin, Kr\u00f3lewiec, Ragneta, Lochstedt. The castle models were created on the basis of\u00a0 available historical and archaeological materials. The scientific consultation of the whole project was carried out by: Bogusz Wasik (The Castle Museum in Malbork), Wojciech W\u00f3\u0142kowski (Warsaw University of Technology), Tomasz Torbus (University of Gda\u0144sk), Micha\u0142 Starski (University of Warsaw) and Marcin Wiewi\u00f3ra (University in Toru\u0144). Additionally, a game in placed on the map which consists in finding the letters of the password, hidden among construction details of various castles from the interactive map.
