This is the largest open-air museum in Hungary. There are ethnographic objects presented including a replica of a village that did not actually exist but was created based on the preserved relics of the region. In the village created on the grounds of the open-air museum, typical buildings are present, such as a school, an evangelical church, a bell tower, a parsonage, a fire station, a shoemaker and an inn. Workshops of old crafts are on display at the museum. Home gardens and arable fields with vegetation characteristic of the 19th century are also recreated. The museum has had a range of workshops on traditional household chores, such as digging, packing hay bales, carrying water, cooking in a cauldron, lighting fires and chopping wood. The offer is for organized groups of up to 40 people, duration from 3 to 6 hours.
