On 16 – 20 November 2023 the study visit of the Slovak tourist bloggers, Daniel Hruška, Majka Salagova https://cestujzamenej.sk, took place. The main topic of the visit was the Gothic Castles Route (Gniew, Kwidzyn, Sztum, Malbork, Lidzbark Warmiński, Olsztyn), related to the former Teutonic state and its capital city of Malbork – the largest brick castle in Europe, which since 1997 has the UNESCO World Heritage designation. The figure of Nicolaus Copernicus – a famous resident of the castles in Olsztyn and Lidzbark Warmiński – was also shown. The year 2023 is the Year of Nicolaus Copernicus – the 550th anniversary of the great astronomer’s birth and the 480th anniversary of his death.
